    My payment/transaction failed. What should I do?

    The most common reasons behind failed transactions include:

    Mistakes in the payment details – Invalid CVVs, PIN codes, card numbers or expiration dates.

    • Payment method restrictions – insufficient funds, cards disabled for international or online payments, or the amount to pay exceeding the limits on your card.
    • Security issues on your payment provider’s side – payment authorization rejected by your bank/payment provider or failed security checks on your card.
    • Security concerns that cause the system to reject transactions.

    Even if your funds have been reserved, they will be automatically returned to your account if the payment fails.

    My transaction was rejected. What should I do?

    Most of the time it’s because your provider didn’t approve your payment.

    Check if:

    • You typed in correct payment details – card number, expiration date, CVV code.
    • Your card can be used for international payments – some cards, prepaids or gift cards, work only in specific regions/countries.
    • You reached your monthly, weekly or daily transaction limit.
    • You have enough funds available.

      If it happens, we recommend that you:

      • Make sure you are the owner of the card or account used to make the payment.
      • Use a registered g2all account.
      • Try using a different device – mobile phone, tablet etc.
      • Wait 24 hours before trying to make a new payment.
      • Change your payment method to a different one, e.g. Paysafecard or Skrill.
